Yesterday, I went running, aiming for my last week of C25K. I have no idea as to what went wrong but, I wasn't able to complete it. I started having major cramp issues, in my right oblique, my left calf and my neck (don't ask, my chiropractor thinks that it is linked with the way I breathe while running with side cramps Yuh!)

So, I'm reconsidering doing week 9. I just might skip it all together and start the GateWay to 8K instead.

I have some thinking to do.

    I would seem reasonable to re-do and complete rather than skip and move on. Not that one week either way will make a big difference in the long run. The nice thing about breathing issues is that they are things we can practice all day long.

I have a blog about breathing for Chi Running, and Tai Chi and bringing effective breathing into your day to day activites and practicing good breath when you don't particularly need it so it is natural when you do need it.
