Not working from home and not being able to have absolute control over my food makes it a bit more challenging.
I think overall a good week. But I can do better.
Total cigarettes for the week =9. So my goal this week is 0.
Nicotine, even the one a day or two a day is as hard as gluten to get rid of.
This week= daily yoga and journaling.
A whole lot of house cleaning.
