1st day of exercise!

Woo Hoo- very excited that I got enough motivation to exercise tonight. I was trying to decide if I should exercise at night or in the morning, I figured I might as well just start doing it one day at a time.
I did the treadmill for 60 minutes at 2.5 speed so 2.5 miles. yeah! I'm trying to work up to 3 miles. I have a 5k in mind as a goal in the way off future. One step at a time
