My daughter inspired me to do a month of Whole30. Eating healthy, some exercise. I'm 15 days into it and going strong. Changing some habits and ways of thinking about food. Will see where it leads.
Good thing, because I really needed a jumpstart. Was bogged down in food calories, even though I was getting in the exercise several days a week.

My friend does Atkins periodically, but it seems to encourage too much abandon with high calorie foods and fats, so I wasn't interested. Whole30 is a different approach. Will it work? Maybe so.
