I weighed in this morning at a 7 pound overall loss. Thats 4 pounds last week and 3 for this week. Sparks is really helping me get an idea of what foods to eat and not eat. I found something in my house that weighed 7 pounds just to hold it and get an idea of what I have lost in the last two weeks and boy is it heavy! I sure do feel like I lost it! I have been on the Boot Camp work out program for 7 days now. It's challenging, but has really help my energy level. I sure feel good about myself. My goal is to break out my old roller blades and take them for a spin a couple times this week.... hopefully I can get motivated to try them out. I havent been on them in 10 years lol. I just have to do it, NO excuses right!
