Is anybody else surprised by how terribly fast this month is going?!?!? It's almost disturbing...
Anyway, week 2 went fairly well as far as my goals are concerned. I only fell a little short on a goal or two.
1. Track my food and stay within my recommended calorie range at least 4 days a week - Done. I tracked M-F, and only went above my calorie range once.
2. Walk 12-15 miles per week - 15.73 miles logged (and that doesn't include a hike I went on with Gabriel's preschool class on Friday!)
3. Limit my meat-containing meals - I limited my meat containing meals to 3 for the week, with the exception of taking a few bites of my step-son's cheesesteak tonight. He's in town visiting for the first time in almost a year so we got takeout from his favorite place.
4. Strength training, 4x a week - This is the big one I fell short on, only doing ST 3x. I had intended to do it today, but just never made the time for it.
Let's see if I can hit EVERY goal head-on in week 3!
