So I finally got around to doing strength training. It was hard and I felt weak but I know I will get better by doing and that makes it feel less hard. It isn't as difficult to do it as I always imagine as I don't think about stopping half way through.
I'm really happy about doing it and will think of days to do it regularly from now on.

    I just bought a resistance band and started following Coach Nicole's resistance band workout. I feel weak, too, but I love the feeling of using muscles I haven't used in years. =]

    I know what you mean about feeling weak when doing strength training exercises. I too feel the same way, however in time I know it will get easier.
Have a good week and keep up with those exercises.
