Retrospective on May6-12 goals

Saturday, May 12, 2012

I have had a fantastic week. I have been really busy and have accomplished a lot. I passed 2 big milestones this week. I have accumulated 20,000 minutes of exercise and I have lost 91 pounds from my high weight in 2009. I have gone back to walking and biking for cardio and on Friday I did my 30 minutes on the elliptical. My reward was a 2 lb weight loss this week. emoticon I finished the 2nd week of the Spring into shape bootcamp challenge. Still not friends with Pilates but I did better this week and have modified the impossible ones.

So how did I do on my goals?

1. Do all the 10 minute exercises of the Spring into Shape Week 2 challenge. emoticon

2. Sand down the woodwork that needs to be repainted, paint with primer followed by the paint. Isn't it cool that this is considered Cardio?

Well I got it sanded and I got it washed down. The paint is bought but it isn't done so this goal was not met.

3. Do my regular ST on MWF. emoticon

5. Track food as best I can.

I tracked all my food and was within range for 7 out of 7 days emoticon

6 Drink at least 10 glasses of water each day.

This goal was not met. I had only 8 glasses on Thursday

7. Do 30 minutes of cardio 6 out of 7 days

Did a total of 470 minutes of cardio. However on Wednesday my 30 minutes did not happen due to a DD emergency. I only got a 21 minute walk done on Wednesday. However I made up for it on other days and will still call it emoticon

So all in all I had an incredibly successful week emoticon emoticon
