For those wondering what the Sit and Be Fit workouts are I have been mentioning in my blog, here is a link that explains what they are all about.
It took me a long time to get moving this morning, was very stiff and sore and when I got up. Once my pain pill started working though, I felt better. Got some paperwork done, and got my bird bath set up outside and filled, Now I am working on the laundry.
Did my Tai Chi DVD today.
