Week 3 Goals

My GOAL for WEEK 3:

1) Physical Activity Goal: I will walk everyday for at least 15 minutes at home or at park.
2) Healthy Eating Goal: I will make all my recipes healthier this week by: adding healthy ingredients and cutting out less healthy ingredients.
3) Create your own Goal: I will run, run, run this week! That means following my training schedule (38k this week).

My REWARD FOR THE WEEK:
Fat-free Frappuccino!

YOUR BARRIERS:
Time!

SUCCESS STRATEGIES: Schedule my workouts in advance - No excuses!! emoticon

    It will be split up over 5 days or so, and I definitely take walking breaks in there! I am training to do my first 10k (in 2 weeks - oh my!) and the mileage suggested by my training program has been steadily increasing. emoticon

    Those are awesome goals! And A LOT of running! I don't know if I'll ever get to that point! I'm still excited whenever I can run a 5K without stopping!
