Let's break this down -
9/13/2011 - 172 POUNDS - I started my first rec center workout class. Determined to lose weight and be done with all of this yo-yo back and forth. I am pretty sure halfway through class that I am going to throw up & die but I push through anyways.
Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's - 168 POUNDS - having only lost 4 pounds in 4 months I think the holidays won this round!!
4/18/12 - 158 POUNDS - Lost 10 pounds since January but knew that I was on a slippery slope. I was only working out once a week and slowly starting to cheat with the calorie intake so I started on SP. I LOVE SPARKPEOPLE ~ this was the turning point I needed. The support on here is amazing and the tracking is so helpful.
TODAY - 5/12/12 - 151.7 POUNDS ~ Finally I can say I have lost 20 pounds!!!!! It has been a long, rough 8 months but I feel this is so worth it.
