Well I did some more jogging at the gym yesterday... 6.04 miles in 70 minutes. That is the longest and farthest I've ever gone. 5.2 mph isn't very fast, but I an only 5'1" and my legs are pretty short LOL! It seems kind of weird that it is so much easier to jog outside than it is at the gym, I thought it was supposed to be the other way around? Maybe it's because when I'm outside I'm actually getting somewhere?

My only problem is that I am still having chafing, despite that I bought some anti-chafing stuff and put it all over my usual chafing areas. I guess I really just need to switch to workout specific shirts instead of cotton t-shirts, I just have such a hard time wearing fitted or sleeveless tops because I don't like how much things bounce around because of loose skin. Sighhhh.

    I was amazed at how much better I feel when I wear a tech-shirt. What I do is wear it under my regular t-shirt. It wicks moisture away from my skin and my clothes, which makes me more comfortable. Now if only I could find a sports bra that fits a 46F!
