Making Changes!

Now that school is done for know, I have 4 months to get in shape before my next semester starts and I am back on 17-20 credit work load; which really never leaves much time for exercise. I have found so many good healthy meals and snacks to eat. Which I will try and keep my protein intake up too a min of 100g a day and my calories at 1200-1300. This should kick my body in gear.

Since the weather in MT finally decided to become warm I will start walking/jogging 3-4 miles every other day and do my exercise card for strength training to build my muscles. With all these changes I hope to lose 8 lbs a month!! Praying! If this works I should be very close to my goal by the end of August 2012.

I will stay on track and lose the weight. There is nothing holding me back, except myself.
