So I joined SparkPeople just a little over a week ago. I think I have drank more water this past week, than I usually would have drank in a month! I also have ridden and worked with my horses more in the past week, than an average 6 months. The horses may not be thrilled with my new healthy lifestyle, I think they enjoyed being yard art. My dog has mixed emotions. She gets very excited when it's time to go for our walk; however, about halfway through, she's pretty tired and looking at me like I'm crazy
I love keeping track of my meals. If I'm tempted to eat something that I really don't need.....knowing that I have to figure out how many calories are in it, and log it, tend to stop the craving. I was really nervous about weigh in day today, but was thrilled to see how much I had lost. It gives me that extra push to move on and have another great *Sparking* week
