Could anything be worse? But, we are going to a hotel and I may want to swim for fitness. I have no idea if that would work or is dumb.
I had burned plenty of calories with my 5 miles yesterday so I skipped the taebo. This morning, I started with some left over home made chicken. I will do my step workout in about an hour. I want to do belly dancing instead of my pilattes.
