I'm happy to report that I've lost 10 pounds since joining SparkPeople! I'm sure that this is thanks in part to the Spring Into Shape Bootcamp which I am almost halfway through. When I reached this milestone, I noticed some text on the website stating that SparkPeople does not change the calorie goals when you lose weight and they need to be adjusted manually...something like that. Does anyone know how to adjust the calories in line with what SparkPeople recommends such as when you join and enter your stats? I don't know what my max calories should be now that I am smaller...if anyone can provide some tips for adjusting the goals when you lose weight, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm happy that I lost the weight but I need to stay focused and keep up the good work. This transformation cannot come soon enough...I am impatient and wish it would happen overnight but the truth is, I have a lot more work to do. Last night, I ate my dinner and was still hungry...but rather than over-eating, I grabbed a piece of sugar free gum and chewed it literally until I went to bed! I was so proud of myself for doing that...it would have been so easy to eat more food but I didn't.
