5/12 (end of week 2)
131.2 lbs (up 2.2 lbs)

Scale is going in the WRONG direction! I don't know why exactly the scale went up but I'm banking on a few factors...mild allergies, swollen muscle fibers, PMS, stress, gained muscle but haven't burned any fat yet and a good number of poor food choices rolled itself up into 2.2 lbs.

Working on food. Pre-planning my meals is going to have to be a priority if I want to see this weight come off. Stress this past week and lack of time management caused me to grab a lot of food from outside the home. I tried to make the best choices when grabbing a meal but convenience foods are full of fat, salt and hidden ingredients so there is no way to count all the calories. I'm sure I was over my calorie range most days of the week.

Working on stress levels. This week looks to have less scheduled activities and I will have the chance to plan the weeks meals and I will have the time in the evening to prepare them.

Week 3 Here I come!

    Yes... planning your meals and TRYING to reduce stress will definitely help!
