On clouds!

I started runnin three days ago!! I can't believe today too, a saturday no less, (hate that expression), but Saturday found me at 6 AM on the Asphalt!!!! I did it nevertheless (another un-favourable word). Anyway, I did it and lemme tell ya! It was gruesome, i kept lookin at all those beautiful yards passing by, with grass so fine and neat and I was thinking of knocking on ppl's doors to find out what they are doing right and why my lawn looks so shabby! (Understatement by the way). Before I knew it, I had completed, managed, made, 5 freakin miles in =====wait for it====30 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let the drums roll!!! I had a blast y'all, until after stretching...well...uh...kinda had a cigarette...damn damnity dat!!! guess what am trying to say is, you win some but not all, right? It doesn't help that i heard a statistic about this neither: That 7% of people who workout, smoke a cigarette after!! WHY! WHY! Why would a normal person trying to correct their health do this. Redundant comes to mind!!!! Or Counteractive, I might as well smoke right after Doc has given me a prognosis/diagnosis of lung cancer!! I guess I am beating myself pretty hard on this one, but I know how much I distate smoking. I don't even like second smoke!!! UGH!!
