2/3 of the way home now, on Chapter 7, 100 Days of Accountability. The ride is a bit bumpy, as is par for the course. Aside from intention and accountability each day, I remind myself that my focus is on healthy eating and a hour of fitness, 5-6 times weekly. Weight loss is somewhere in the background....it should happen naturally and be a welcomed byproduct of a healthier lifestyle. The last item, wants to push the other priorities aside. Old paradigms will resurface...just to challenge the new ones I guess.
