Summer 2012

Hello Sparkfriends -

Hopefully you haven't forgotten about me. I have been gone for a while. I've been using another site for a little while, with limited success (more of my friends were using lose-it, but I found it to be less user friendly than Spark).

To be honest, the reason I left Spark in the first place was I felt like I was being ignored. I know this is MY journey and so on. But I felt as I had no support from the people who were supposed to most understand me. I am going to try again, because I really need my community! I have been able to maintain fairly well, but am looking to go back down.

I have begun my summer fitness goals. I hope to start running, but more than anything, I am just going to go out and be active and use my body. Tonight I did a Group Ride Spin class at my local gym, I am signed up for a once a week TRX Suspension Weight class, I am going to try Zumba. I am playing in a Sunday Co-Ed softball league. I have plans to play tennis, rollerblade and swim while the weather and my crazy school schedule lets me!

I am going to spend the next few days getting all caught up with you. I hope you are doing well wherever you are! Let's rock summer!

    Glad you are giving SP another chance. Please, let us all know how we can better support you so you don't feel ignored.
Your summer fitness goals are great and sound like a lot of fun. Looking forward to hearing about all your adventures.

    Wow just reading all your goals I am tired already. I need to do just what your plans are as I have been very lax's on my work outs. Thanks for the encouraging post
