Thinking positive and feeling good about the journey. Short video - a little under 3 minutes.

Today I took two walks - What a gorgeous day!
one walk of 31 minutes with the dog and my son biking = 1.1 miles
one walk of 35 minutes by myself (son at playdate with neighbor's kids) = 1.4 miles.
Then hula hooped and hoop danced for 16 minutes.
Mowed the lawn with hand mower for 20 minutes, too!
Now (right after this) I'm going to dance in the living room. Dance party Friday! Going to do 30-45 minutes.
Before dancing I've hit 12,100 steps on my pedometer!
Better than yesterday when I only walked .3 miles (7 min.) One day at a time!
I still have strength training to do tonight!
