Sprained ankle, Day #2

Well I'm very proud of myself today. I only did three of the scheduled exercises, since for the others I would need my ankle strength, but three is three times better than zero! Also, I can already feel the muscles in my stomach and arms getting stronger. I love this sore feeling that lets me know the exercises are working. I still can't find any good cardio to do in a chair without hurting my ankle, but I might just listen to some music and dance in the chair and look silly. Hey, why not? It's not like anyone is going to see except my parents, who already know I'm insane. :) I did order a pizza for lunch, but I ordered thin crust, and got my veggies in too! (spinach and mushrooms, YUM). I have two more glasses of water to drink. I feel healthier already! :)
