stress eating/drinking

So I've noticed that I def eat/drink a lot more when I'm stressed. I never thought I did this, but now that I'm keep a food journal I can see just what I eat/drink when something or someone is bothering me. I'm not sure if I can fix this behavior immediately, so I purchased some snacks that won't add too many calories. I have also purchased a ton of water to keep me full just in case.

    I know what you are going through. I am dealing with that right now. I turn to chocolate mainly. We just have to find another way to deal with stress. Working out or writing in your journal is helpful. Just breaking those bad habits we have had for so long will not go away overnight but dealing with them as they come in a more healthy way will get easier over time. Keep it up emoticon
