Holy snacking, batman!!

I feel like all I've done today is snack! I woke up, did laundry, cleaned up a little around the house, vacuumed, and worked out and then I snacked.. whenever I was done with those things. Nothing super unhealthy.. baked lays, an apple, a few pretzels(I'm craving things with crunch, can ya tell?). I'm still within my points though, so I guess I can't be doing too badly.

I really wish I had the motivation to wake up early and go walking, or find someone who would motivate me to do such crazy and unspeakable things. When I wake up, do you know what I want to do? Go back to bed. Anyone who feels otherwise, in my opinion, is crazy. Now don't get me wrong, I'm a morning person....after a certain amount of coffee, I just don't feel like going for a jog.. which leads me to something else..

Can someone my size jog? I feel like that's going to be a big no. I've seen the couch to 5k thing, and I just can't foresee that happening until I'm at least under 250lbs. Am I wrong?

Anywho.. all in all.. a pretty decent day! :D Hope everyone is doing well!!

    It's hard to get going, but once you do it's worth it. I started out walking a little ways and now do 3-4 miles. I don't jog, just walk. Walking is great exercise! emoticon
