*Find time for my knitting, creating, and other reading.
WOW..It's gonna be hard to type this, but I ate a lot this week I ate my 26 daily points, and 169 extra points. 49 are bonus weekly points. I used exercise points, I ate maintenance points, and more above and beyond. What can I say?!
I have plenty of reasons. I opened at the coffee shop 5 days this week. I am a hormone queen. I was just hungry trying to stay awake, and I felt totally sleep deprived. So I made it to the gym 1 day this week. That's is crazy for me a self-proclaimed gym rat! I got a couple quick walks and some core plank moves in this week also. Fitness minutes totaled 335. That is a pretty lean number for me. On a scale of 1 to 10 [10 being great]...I would give the week a 3. I want a 10, so I gotta work on that!
I checked in on my spark friends, and reported my "slacker" totals for one and all to read...LOL! I am doing just enough "sparking" to get enough points to give goodies to friends. It's a good way to cut down on spark time, even though some of the articles are helpful. I'm trying to be choosy...really picky about the time spent sparking. [Yes...there is a reason I am not on Facebook!]
So I'm still working on book 3 of the Hunger Games...just no time to get some serious reading time in this week. I got all the t-shirts cut out for my sons t-shirt quilt. That was progress. I need to prep them for final cutting, and start doing the math for the rows. I actually managed to get my Bible readings in about the book of Ruth...three cheers for BOAZ!! Graduation is coming sooner than later. I am only putting the pressure on myself to get the top done for his party. I think I can do it. I NEED to get outside on my road bike and start getting used to it again. I did sign up for the UPAF ride for the arts with a group of Neighbors and kids. I have done the 25 miler before, but I signed up with these guys to ride the 12 miler with them. It will be fun to do an event with friends. I normally do everything alone. Thanks to everyone for your encouragement and support. We all have off track weeks like this. I need to get past it, move on and set some baby goals to get back in the loop.I can do this. I want to do this. I feel out of wack with an off week. Time for me again! Make it a great week everyone!
