VISION- If you're lacking it, you need to find it!

Friday, May 11, 2012

Dream big! You can and WILL succeed if you only have a vision and plan.

If your child came up to you and said he/she wanted to be a neurosurgeon, would you tell them to shoot a little lower? My guess is no. You would support and encourage them.

Well now it's time to support and encourage YOURSELF.

Get a VISION!!!

    Hrm.

Current reality - I AM Happy. ;) I'm leaner and healthier than I've been in the last 20 years. I can do more and have more energy than I ever have before.

But I have trouble having a vision of being fully fit and ideal weight.. because I never have been. It's hard to imagine. But I feel closer to it a little more every day!

Some of my goals when I am fully fit and lower in weight - to horseback ride will be fun. I don't want to do that until I'm at lest 225, but more like 210 or 200 so I don't feel like I'm hurting the horse.

I know you are talking about more than weight loss, though, and so I will be thinking about what else I want to achieve. :)

Thanks, Annie!

I love this whole eight minute vlog - and your topic of visualizing. It has made a huge difference in my life already, and I've been using it less than a year.

My internet is being a pain tonight. I can only see a little of your video because load time is CRAZY. What I've seen is really good. emoticon

Very good message. I have used visualization (before it had a name) my entire life to achieve my goals. I never had a time limit either. I believe if you envision it, you go in that direction (consciously or not) and one day you are there. Great blog, thanks for posting and the reflections.
