Protein with fat!

These are my totals thus far today. How do I add more protein without the fat?

P. S. I am WICKED hungry!!!!! When I get off work at 6, I'm getting my poochie, Tenshi and heading to the park for our walk. Won't get home til close to 8:00. Suggestions for supper would be very helpful. My first thought is Blast o' Butter Popcorn.....terrible thought!!

    I use hard boiled eggs and tuna for extra protein without fat. I also try to have a small snack late in the afternoon other wise I'm too hungry at dinner and over eat.
