5/9 WEEK 3: REST AND RELAXATION (Mother’s Day)
Mmmmmm I love fresh strawberries and angel food cake. Really easy to fit into my food plan.
Been a really long week for me soooooooooooooooo time to feed the soul and start feeling like the old me!
1) Track all StrongEnd
2) Find a bit of down time for ME! Ride my MC, read a little, soak up a little sun.
3) Work in the yard with my Hubby and burn a few calories while at it. We are planting!
4) Strawberries and angel cake coming my way! Really easy to fit in and they will feel like R&R. such a great treat!!!
It was really good to read and list my goals again. Just a reminder of where I want to be in about 10 weeks. Thinner, Thinner and Thinner!
