So I started over with my weight loss with the Spring into Summer bootcamp challenge. I was doing really well with it at first but then lost a bit of momentum (stopped for over a WEEK...) due to a lot of work/personal problems. Even though I stopped the videos due to lack of time and motivation I kept up with my cardio whenever possible and kept track of my food/water intake. I stayed within my limits for calories most days, with a few exceptions due to so many dinners out this past weekend to celebrate my university graduation.
When I weighed myself on Sunday I hadn't lost any weight but I was excited that I hadn't GAINED either... but I weighed myself last night on a whim and saw that I've lost like 5 POUNDS! That is so exciting I can't weight to be under 200 again, since I'm sitting right on that now.
Hopefully this weight loss will give me my motivation back to keep up with this challenge.
