Starting over ... but better...

So I started over with my weight loss with the Spring into Summer bootcamp challenge. I was doing really well with it at first but then lost a bit of momentum (stopped for over a WEEK...) due to a lot of work/personal problems. Even though I stopped the videos due to lack of time and motivation I kept up with my cardio whenever possible and kept track of my food/water intake. I stayed within my limits for calories most days, with a few exceptions due to so many dinners out this past weekend to celebrate my university graduation.

When I weighed myself on Sunday I hadn't lost any weight but I was excited that I hadn't GAINED either... but I weighed myself last night on a whim and saw that I've lost like 5 POUNDS! That is so exciting I can't weight to be under 200 again, since I'm sitting right on that now.

Hopefully this weight loss will give me my motivation back to keep up with this challenge.

    Thanks you guys! I'm trying really hard to keep it up. I was going to work out after work tonight but ended up having to work late and didn't get home until 1am, not the most motivated to work out at that time. But I did a lot of extra walking during the day.

    Congrats. I had a couple of weeks where I didn't do anything either and my success in that one is staying within my caloric needs for the day to not gain weight.

Hope your motivation comes back.
