I have been getting 17-20 miles per day during my commutes. This week I took the bike out at lunch time for an extra 12-15 miles, 3 different times. I am trying to push my total monthly distance to a new level. If I can get 12 miles extra per day twice per week, I can add another 100 miles for the month. I'm thinking of doing core on MWF at lunch and the ride on Tuesday and Thursday.
