I have definitely picked up my activity this week. I haven't had one day where I was below 10.000 steps and my morning walks are certainly helping me with this. I have lost four pounds to date. I am eating much better as well. I pack my lunches and try not to over do it on the food in any area. I am pretty sure the spark calorie range is way too low and I know I often go above what they have. I check other sites and the allowance is much more than what is offered here. I am very happy with my progress and looking forward to more success in the near future.
