Had a healthy dinner last night, in spite of being in a rush to get to an appointment. Also didn't snack when I got home. Pretty good.
Had a good lunch today, although I wish I had more. Guess I'll have to add some veggies to fill up better in the future.
We are planning a trip with the family in early fall. One of the activities planned is horesback riding, which I am SO excited about! Thing is, there is a weight limit for the horses. While I am under the limit, I still don't want the poor thing to groan when I get in the saddle. And I don't want to even LOOK like I'm near the limit (245 lbs). I really would be embarassed if I couldn't ride because I was too fat for a horse to carry.
So I have a goal to lose at least 20 pounds by then, and more if possible. I have several months to work on it, so I hope I can do it.
