Tentative Schedule:

Sunday- Go to the lake for Mother's Day. Do some strength training (probably X2 core) before and then run at lake if heal feels ok & weather is nice. -Yeah none of that happened!

Monday- kick or barn

Tuesday- BR-5 in the morning and pre-marital counseling session #3 at night//maybe dog walk after if weather is nice!

Wednesday- BR-6 in the morning and register for gifts after work w/ mom

Thursday- Step class (depends on heel) barn if no step

Friday- Zumba party after work at 6:30 (taking my friend Ashley)

Saturday- MS walk w/ mom and Bear then we are planing flowers!

I'm switching back to the week schedule for now b/c my weeks are so busy! Usually it's just the weekends. June definitely shows more promise for normal weeks!

I've decided this week is going to be a "wing it" week or just do whatever I feel like. If I want to strength train..do that. If I want cardio..do that. If I want to go to the barn..go. And then next week I'm going to start back w/ my hybrid with a X2 week. Then I would have done 2 weeks of X and X2.

I think I'm going to have to give up step class which I'm totally bummed about. My mom thinks it is tendonitis in my heel b/c it isn't getting much better. Thursday night after I went to step it hurt for a day after. But when I do turbofire or insanity it doesn't hurt so I don't really get it! It must be the stepping up motion that really aggrevates it!

I might just go to the freaking doctor and see if maybe he can give me steroids. I don't know if that's a legitimate thing to do or not.

So this week is going to be a free week. I think I'm finally going to go back to the barn and actually ride my horse. I only have 310 minutes so far this month which is pitiful. So as long as I'm getting some minutes I don't care what I do!
