Excuse me Mr Time but I wish you would slow down a little.
Have been in holding pattern all week. Working long hours so usually have time to take Sooty down to the park and we try and do at least 2 circuits if not 3.
Then it is dinner and bed!
Both DH and I were in bed asleep by 9pm the other night and I slept through 2 alarms and woke at 0830! Which is when I am supposed to be at work!
Luckily I had had a shower the night before , so threw on some clothes and grabbed some protein powder, a big flask of milk an apple, a banana and out the door I flew!
Luckily I do all my prep work the day before so all the paper work was ready to go!
So it is Friday evening and I am doing some catching up, won't get it all up to date but I do what I can.
The Spring into shape Challenge has fallen by the wayside.

But getting sleep is my priority at the moment.
Tomorrow will be great as I plan to go for a nice 5 km walk along the river and then do some strength training and yoga.

then we are heading out to lunch for Mother's Day . will have the 2 adult children and DH. Haven't planned on where yet, will depend on the weather. Am looking forward to that as we don't get together as a 4some all that often these days.
Then Sunday is a home game for my footy team so off to that in the afternoon, rain is forecast so will need the wet weather gear.
Somewhere in between all that I have to get the minutes of a meeting typed up, no
big deal as it was a short sharp meeting. We didn't have a quorum at the beginning so it started off as a meeting when your not having a meeting!

Then a few more people arrived and then the "proper" meeting got underway!
