I'm a quarter through my timeline, and I nearly attained my goal of losing 5kg.
It is so close, but I'm not there yet. But no matter.
Over the last three months I have learnt to record my food by participating in the Progress, Not Perfection team's 21 Days To A Better You Challenge ( www.sparkpeople.com/mysp
I have curbed my sweet tooth, particularly for TNCC snakes by following the Official Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge ( www.sparkpeople.com/mysp
) challenge. I feel stronger and more able to exercise from the Sparkies Down Under 250,000 Fitness Minutes Team Challenge ( www.sparkpeople.com/mysp
) , and I am actually finding it fun looking for new ways to include functional fitness into my day. And I have made many new friends by participating here on SparkPeople.
I look forward to 'checking in' at least once a day to note my progress, and see others' motivation and progress. Looking for ways to support my new SparkPeople friends and find in return to be spurred on by team huddles and challenges.
