I got out of tracking for a few weeks while I had some issues recovering from surgery. I'm fine now, but really exhausted all the time.
I'm back exercising and half heartedly tracking (I track everything, but I'm going over my calorie goal by 200-400 every day - I'm getting better about that though).
Mostly I'm just really tired and feeling really defeated. After surgery it's like my depression came back worse than it's ever been, and my anxiety has tripled. I'm going through the motions, but don't really care anymore, and I'm too tired and sad to fix it. Bleh.
