oh yay, depression.

I got out of tracking for a few weeks while I had some issues recovering from surgery. I'm fine now, but really exhausted all the time.
I'm back exercising and half heartedly tracking (I track everything, but I'm going over my calorie goal by 200-400 every day - I'm getting better about that though).

Mostly I'm just really tired and feeling really defeated. After surgery it's like my depression came back worse than it's ever been, and my anxiety has tripled. I'm going through the motions, but don't really care anymore, and I'm too tired and sad to fix it. Bleh.

    emoticon We're all here for you in your down time. Pain from surgery can surely put a damper on things and once you get out of your routine of sparking - it's super easy to stay that way! Don't be so hard on yourself - the best thing you can do is put one foot in front of another - and accept your amazing small accomplishments rather than trying to focus on the big picture.
