Food Photo Diary day 21 (Pizza for breakfast? You betcha!)

WOD today was hella awesome...

Warm-Up:
800m Run
then 3 rounds:
30 Double-Unders
:30 Handstand Hold
30 Hollow Rocks
Romanian Deadlifts 55
then...
AMRAP 5:00 KB Swings

Personal loads:
1 DU for every 9 singles (YAY! I have never been able to do them before!!)
RDL: 120# (that's +25# from a month ago!)
KB: 98 swings @ 26#

Great workout... that on top of my bicycle ride this evening... 12 miles of hills! Woohoo! Lol!!




Breakfast. PIZZA! Haha! 2 egg omelet, topped with tomato sauce and grilled "pizza veggies." I used onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms. And a side of avocado, of course!


Lunch - chicken breast, asparagus, and half of a sweet potato.

Dinner... TOTALLY forgot to take a pic of dinner! I had tuna on a cup of shredded cabbage, topped with braggs & sriracha, and I sprinkled some roasted edamame on top. Noms! I will make it again and post a pic when I do... lol!
