Instead of the two weeks I expected it to take, it took three weeks for me to complete 10 days of Jillian Michael's Killer Buns & Thighs. I couldn't handle her voice more than 3-4x per week, even though 5-6x per week is suggested. I mixed things up a bit with the Crunch Fitness Ass & Abs workout, plus some P90x DVDs.
Over the past three weeks, KB&T L1 got considerably easier to get through, which was great at keeping me motivated. I've lost about an inch from each thigh (!), and I'm down 2 1/2lbs without any significant change to my diet. I'm very happy with the results, and I'm glad I bought the DVD. In the future, once I complete all 3 levels, I'm sure I'll reach for the DVD and workout to L1 when I want a lower body workout.
