Yesterday I met all of my goals!
I looking through a friends before and after photos last night and was inspired!
I was thinking OMG I want that BOD! If she can do it, I can do it!
Then I though about how hard I know she has worked to get where she is and I was floored. Reality hit me.
I DON'T WANT TO WORK THAT HARD!!!
Now obviously if that is the bod I want or anything relatively close, I'm going to have to work harder, longer, and with more discipline.
I NEED TO WORKOUT THAT HARD!!!!
My hubby often complains that I obsess when I get going because I refuse to skip a workout or to track my food. He sometimes gets mad because I'm blogging or tracking or it's 8pm and I want to go for a walk. Well, here is my NEW answer
Take new before photos.
Go for a walk in the morning
Drink 8 glasses of water
Stay within my calorie range
Keep my goals in mind when others want to derail me.
I’m tired. I didn’t get much sleep for various reasons. But I did get to bed at a reasonable time!
I see this in my future...
I will need a nap or I WILL eat myself through this day.
