As I continue to track all my food, well most yesterday I did do a bit of snacking that I did not track all of because I found it hard to know how much a bit was or a lick of nutella.
Back on track today! That is what I am trying each day. I am building on my activity and doing good at it I think. I am not doing anything to hard but simply moving more. Walking, stretching, cleaning, thinking of doing some yard work today.
The scale does not descend as quickly as I like although I'm trying to have a positive outlook on it and just try harder and harder each day to eat less and move more. It sounds simple enough but I do want to see results.
I do have to say that I love the fact that I have more energy I can defiantly feel that I am sleeping less and having more productive days and I just feel happier. I don't feel sluggish or slow anymore and I do know that is due to paying attention to what I am eating.
So here I go another day, part of another month that I will hope to see the results I am so craving and I hope to build the habits I need not only to lose the weight but be successful at managing my weight, being healthy and feeling great.
