Goals for day 23 (Dance it up Friday, WooHoo)

I've been pretty relaxed with my movement since I had my scare on Saturday. Just not making the progress I want when it comes to exercising. I'm not deterred though, as long as I do a little every day, I know I will improve over time. Eating still going well and I appreciate that.
Alright, it's dance those pounds away Friday. WooHoo! It's all about having fun and enjoying ourselves while we get fit. It doesn't have to be pretty, just fun!
