Goals for day 23 (Dance it up Friday, WooHoo)

I've been pretty relaxed with my movement since I had my scare on Saturday. Just not making the progress I want when it comes to exercising. I'm not deterred though, as long as I do a little every day, I know I will improve over time. Eating still going well and I appreciate that.

Alright, it's dance those pounds away Friday. WooHoo! It's all about having fun and enjoying ourselves while we get fit. It doesn't have to be pretty, just fun! emoticon

    You are so much fun, and full of energy and love. I love PARTY TRAIN... I really love that song, as a kid growing up it was super freak.. I called it super feet, and my mom would play these types of songs on Friday, and all 3 of her kids would get in there and party with my mom. I still pump party train in my ears. Thank you so much -I'm going to start doing dance party's.... I love all types of music, but there is nothing like the good ole music.. Music that made sense and wasn't fell of nonsense...

    WOOHOOO!! You go, girl! You've got this!!!! That's how you do it.. Just move to the music, enjoy the fun, keep moving and the pounds will drop right off you! It's working for me, let me tell you! :)

In other thoughts.. I wish you would come back to the Fighting Depression with Movement team. Why did you leave?
