It amazes me what our world is doing when it comes to listening to what the LORD has said too us and no-one seems to be listening...
Been a time or 2 where I had lost my way, wasn't listening, at all. And lets just say I wasn't doing what he commanded me to be doing. And now I'm in the state that I am. Depressed, overweight, blah blah, made some bad decisions in my life. After yesterday, it's time to fight for what the LORD has commanded of us. How do you do it though without judging others. ( be a good example, pray, don't put people down, and no gossiping ) and when things are being said about you, let it go and not worry about it. Because the Good LORD knows what your trying to accomplish in life...and he knows your heart.
OK now with that all said...I'm trying to be good about blogging. Sometimes I'll be slackin and trying to stay off the computer. It's 4:50am here in wyoming, I've been up for awhile now, so I thought it would be a good just to catch up with the cyber life.
This is a great exercise and it really will help to tighten and tone those wobbly bits!
1.Grab yourself a yoga mat, or towel to lie on.
2.Lie on your side as shown in the picture below.
3.Bend your top knee behind you and make sure it's in line with your body.
4.Straighten your front leg and raise it out slightly to the front.
5.Hover it there. This is the start position.
6.Lift your leg until you're in the position shown in picture 2.
7.Hold it there for about 1 second..
8.Repeat until you get the burn!
