I've Finally Had It!

I was so embarrassed yesterday when i had to struggle to buckle my seat belt on the airplane. I had to think of what changed since the last time we flew 2 years ago. Well for starters I'm at least 30 pounds heavier. How could I have let that happen. Well it's quite simple. I commit in the morning to a healthy lifestyle and by noon i've thrown caution to the wind. I have to do things differently because as a neighbor recently said I'm in control. Today i will stay within my Weight Watchers points allotment.

    im with you on that. Good luck, For myself as well. Im new and hope to take this amazing family here seriously. No more unhappy self-hatred behaviors to myself. We are worth it. I just need to beleive it. Im proud of you, thanks for sharing

    Try to remember a meal is just a meal... If you blow it - get back on track with the next thing you eat - even Thanksgiving dinner is just one meal....
