Cherry Juice

I've read that cherry juice can help you out of fatigue and I really wanted to try it..
But cherry juice is so difficult to find is hard in this country, or even all over Europe!!!!!
I found cherry marmalade with low sugar I'm spreading a spoonful a day to my toast in the morning.
Will it work dear friends?
I'll let you know, in the meantime I keep on practising in the gym and keep my finger crossed!!!!

    Try drinking a green smoothie in the morning. This will give you more energy: Two cups of spinach or greens of your choice (I sometimes add a cup of kale as well), 1 cup of almond milk, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 banana, about 2 tablespoons of natural whey protein and a packet of Truvia. Blend until smoothie consistency. Yum!

    I would stay with cherries as opposed to the juice if you can get them. They are very healthy but the juice concentrate is not necessary and just offers more concentrated calories. The energy will come from consistent workouts, healthy eating, adequate rest and recovery and a positive outlook.

    An alternative to the ever hard to find cherry juice is cinnamon. Two teaspoons per day, mixed in a drink or sprinkled on a meal does wonders for fatigue.
