I just finished my 2nd Semester of college. I didn't do as well as I wanted to do. I probably got a 3.2. It was really hectic this semester. Mid semester my brother came down with pnemonia and almost died and then I got kicked off of my psych meds. I ended up quitting school and re-joining a week later. I did the best that could to get a good grade but I ended with a B.
As far as working out, I just started back this Monday. There is no air conditioning in the building so I got overheated really fast. I only could do 30 minutes of Zumba but it is a start. Since I am out for the summer, I think I am just going total fitness. We have a pool here so when it gets warm enough I am going to try to go every day until I move.
That's all focus. Back to my commitment to Spark people. No more eating out of control. No more stress or emotional eating.
