My First Whole Day With SparkPeople.com

Well, I think that I will be calling it a night! I got my first day in with SparkPeople.com; at least, on the treadmill, for the Fitness Tracker. Although, not quite as health oriented that my nutrition needs to become; I, also, used the Nutrition Tracker, and entered the foods, that I ate. I always was a water drinker, so the water part is a breeze. I can go through 6, or 7, bottled waters per day. It is a good thing that I only buy enough bottled water, mainly, to replace the water bottles, I use; because, after I drink the store bought water, I wash them, and use them over and over, again (sort of recycling), where I fill them with tap water (and refrigerate), until the bottle can no longer be used. I love cold water; I cannot drink warm water. Yuck! Where I live, we have good, tap water, with floride additive, etc. Otherwise, the way I go through bottled water, it would get expensive, just the store bought water cost, alone. Anyway, I do expect to wake up sore tomorrow; however, I will welcome this soreness, as I will see it as a great start towards the achievement of my goals! Good Night, fellow Spark People.     What a great first day!!! You got your water in, and your exercise. Two out of three is excellent. Once you get into a routine, the nutrition will follow.
