Party problems

The graduation party went very well last Saturday. That isn't the problem. We had nearly 75 people in our house that day. It was very enjoyable. The problem is that I got back in the habit of eating wrong and it took until today to get back on track. I even gained a few pounds. Not good. I need to get myself reprogrammed. Tomorrow I'll be eating a picnic, but I can plan what I eat. I shouldn't have a problem then, but I don't know what I'll be eating on Mother's Day. At this rate, I will have to be cooking it, which would solve my problem. I'll just make sure the food is healthy. I don't feel like doing any meal planning. Saturday will be very busy with two of my sons graduating. At least one is at 2pm and the other at 7pm. No time for cooking. I made a yummy sweet potato chili today. Maybe we'll eat leftovers. If my family doesn't like that option, they can fend for themselves and find other leftovers. Enough rambling for now.

    You can do it. Get your grove thang back on. Maybe it is just some water weight hanging around and not actual Fat weight.

    busy busy busy! hope it all settles down soon :) I like what you say about if they don't like it they can find something else - that's pretty much my whole mentality about eating healthy - I cook what i'm going to cook and if my hubby doesn't like it he can make his own :) (he has no weight issue) luckily most of the time he likes it! my 2 year old on the other hand...that's trickier ;)
