Breakfast: Fage Greek Yogurt with Cherry and Uncle Sam Cereal
Not pictured: A mini Clif bar I inhaled after my workout
Lunch: Trader Joe's Chili with Beans. I added bell peppers to up my veggie intake for the day. And sour cream because I needed more fat. I also had a chocolate vitatop for dessert.
Dinner: Grilled turkey burger over spinach w/ roasted red peppers and mango salsa. The salsa was terrible, I think I made it with a bad onion, so I added Island Soyaki sauce to improve the flavor. Served with watermelon and green beans.
Dessert: Another Reduced Guilt Brownie with Lite Cool Whip. I can't say enough good things about these brownies, they are delicious! Buy a box the next time you are in Trader Joes and make them with half greek yogurt/half applesauce.
