Insanity Day 1

Thursday, May 10, 2012

I did my first Insanity workout tonight and love it! Even though it will take some time to get the moves down and familiar, I am very pleased with what I have seen so far and love the workout! I was soaked when I was done and still smiling! :)

I always wanted to do that workout! If you need a buddy let me know!! How's it going so far? I recently moved to WI as well. Illinois is my home state. I always think, "I can't go home, what if someone sees that I've gained weight." That's why I joined Sparks! :) Good Luck, new places and faces is refreshing but lonesome, and rather hard on losing weight! You should be so proud! emoticon

Great job! I love this workout, I'm in my 2nd time through. Some pointers I've learned is to rest when you need to, if you need another rest day in the week take it too listen to your body. Don't worry about not being able to keep up, go at your own pace you'll still see results. Celebrate each success no matter how little.

Good luck! emoticon

Way to go! I tried Insanity last year for one day! LOL! I wasn't ready then, but I think I might give it a try again. Kudos to you because that workout truly is INSANE!
