I was at 175 lb last August, looking decent. Now I am at 207, and a bit disgusted with myself for it. Now it's time to get up and do something about it. I have been on this website for about a week now, and it is extremely encouraging and helpful. I think this time I can stick with the program and reach my goals. Eventually I would like to get down to 150 and be able to run a mile without stopping. For now, I want to work up to walking three miles three days a week, and the short term goal is 180 by August 20th. I know I can do this!
